What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Wire Transfers (SWIFT/SEPA), major Credit Cards via Stripe, and PayPal for smaller maintenance retainers. All invoices are generated in USD or EUR depending on your region.

How are project milestones billed?

Milestone billing is typically split into 4 phases: Mobilization (25%), Prototype Approval (25%), Development Completion (40%), and Final Handover (10%).

Do you offer discounts for long-term retainers?

Yes, we offer discounted hourly rates for long-term support and maintenance retainers (12+ months) or for dedicated teams of 3+ engineers.

What happens if I need to pause a project?

Projects can be paused with 14 days' notice. A small resource reservation fee may apply to guarantee the same team availability when you resume.

Technical & Engineering

How do you handle source code control?

We use GitHub or GitLab for all projects. You will have full visibility into the private repository and can monitor commits and pull requests in real-time.

What is your approach to testing?

We follow a Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach where applicable. Our pipeline includes Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Automated UI Testing before any code reaches production.

Can you work with our internal IT team?

Yes, we often act as an extension of internal teams. We follow your existing coding standards, security protocols, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless collaboration.

Do you provide API documentation?

Every project includes comprehensive API documentation, typically using Swagger/OpenAPI, making it easy for your other systems to integrate with our solutions.

How do you handle high-traffic scalability?

We architect for scale using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless functions. We implement load balancing, database sharding, and multi-region failover for mission-critical apps.

Project Management

Which communication tools do you use?

We primarily use Slack for daily communication, Jira for task tracking, and Zoom/Google Meet for weekly syncs. We can adapt to your preferred tools if necessary.

How often will I get updates?

We work in Agile sprints (typically 2 weeks). You will receive a summary at the end of each sprint, along with a demo of the work completed.

Can I change the project requirements mid-way?

Yes. Our agile process allows for requirement pivots. We'll re-evaluate the backlog during sprint planning to accommodate new priorities while managing the timeline and budget.

Who is responsible for the final deployment?

Our DevOps team manages the deployment to your environment (Production). We ensure a smooth "Go-Live" and provide a 30-day hyper-care period after launch.
